What is SOMA Breath

SOMA Breath is a holistic system of Pranayama (breathing) techniques. The breathing is done with rhythmic music and guided body/mind connection. The rhythmic breathing varies from 2:2, 4:4, 2:4 to 4:8. Easily accessible to all levels, no meditation experience required. In fact, even for those who cannot or do not like meditating, this is an easy and fun way to get into a state of zen and relaxation.
